We had our heating go out while we were out of town (just saw the data coming through on our nest app). It was alarming being so far from home and not being able to remedy the situation at all, but Ed took our call right away and found time to get to our house and meet up with our neighbor to very quickly diagnose and remedy the situation just before a major drop in temps and big winter storm. He was great to communicate with, super knowledgeable, and most importantly had the “I actually want to help my customers and make sure their places are running safely @ altitude. Exactly the kind of friendly expert service I was hoping for, and he’ll be my first call for any future HVAC and plumbing needs.
