I reached out to EML for issues I had with my dryer. Ed and his colleague Marcus were very attentive and professional throughout the job explaining what the issues were as well as going above and beyond to extend further services. It never felt like a hard sell and the benefits of each service were appropriately explained. Cost aside, EML genuinely takes pride in their work and helping those who need it. Highly recommend and will be using EML in the future
