Top-notch experience! As a realtor, I have many touch points with HVAC installers and technicians. Last night I found myself in a bind with a broken condensate pump on the eve of a closing. We reached out to three different companies, and EML was the only one that responded at all, and they were able to come this morning. They were incredibly communicative – sharing exactly what I needed to know, quick in diagnosing the problem, and quick to propose and execute a solution. Pricing seemed very reasonable, especially considering it was a last minute
